MEET US
Managing Director
Alice began her career at Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) as a Management Consultant, then joined Shell Malaysia, serving a decade before leaving as Finance Services Manager. She entered the securities industry, obtained a Dealers’ Representative License, and later pursued freelance consulting in corporate finance, business development, restructuring, and feasibility studies. She has invested in various ventures, including biscuit manufacturing, Japanese tofu production, and children’s craft education. Alice also advises the Waldorf Steiner Early Childcare Centre Hilltop House and serves as Treasurer of the Malaysian nonprofit MIASA.
Director
Ab Jabar has 33 years of banking experience. He joined HSBC (M) Berhad in 1977 and, after 28 successful years, departed as Director of SME, Insurance & Commercial. In 2005, Kuwait Finance House brought him onboard to establish its Malaysian operations, where he eventually rose to Deputy CEO. Notable financing projects include Pavilion KL and a copper/gold mine in Pahang. Now a consultant specializing in corporate finance—particularly restructuring and fundraising—he also manages his family avocado farm in his spare time.

Partnering with China Energy as a technology provider, currently pending final approval.

Secured preliminary approvals for a major development proposal in the Forest City area.
Under an NDA with Forest City, FEL and FC are preparing for joint project development and execution.
